Mitchell Maintenance Services – MMS Electrical can help local companies meet their legal obligations and ensure the safety of electrical appliances used in their organisation.
Protect your employees and your business by making sure your equipment is PAT Tested. Protect your insurance by establishing and operating an electrical appliance inspection and testing system.
Why PAT test?
The Health and Safety At Work Act 1974 together with the electrical regulations of 1989 and other legislation, requires that electrical appliances and systems are maintained in order to prevent risk of accident. The Health and Safety executive memorandum of guidance HS(R)25 recommends that:
- maintenance should be based upon a system of regular inspection and
- tested by a competent person.
As your local electrician, Mitchell Maintenance Services – MMS Electrical can help you to set up a simple, but entirely adequate ‘electrical appliance inspection and testing system’.
Unlike many competitors we will not ‘oversell’ your need to test – but will ensure that you test with enough regularity to meet your insurance requirements.
As you would expect, we are City and Guilds Certified.
